To insure the quality of the products we sell to our clients - all bicycles are sold by appointment, and include a 2-hour professionally optimized fitting session by a Certified IBFI Level 3 Bike Fitter. Fly-in bike fits can be performed in Cincinnati and bikes packed by us for the return flight home.
